If you like swords a BotD Colossus Blade is a great choice, but I would hold out for that instead of an Executioner Sword. The average damages listed are for the “base” item prior to getting runeword bonuses. Colossus Blade also has the advantage of being able to go 2 hand for 86.5 average damage.įor reference, the Executioner Sword is 32 average 1 hand and 63.5 average 2 hand damage, since it’s a lower tier of item. BotD huge IAS bonus means many items can hit WW break points with it though, so the speed isn’t as crucial. Colossus Blade has 45 average 1 hand damage with a base speed of. One reason Berserker Axe is very common for BotD (and other RW) is that it has 47.5 average 1 hand damage with a base speed of (lower is better). I would not waste the BotD runes on an “exceptional” class of item. But is there some kind of unique or cheap runeword out. Use another Unique/Runeword Bear in mind, that as only one Lo is missing for me, I don't like to consider a BotD PB - I'd rather save these costs to pay for my second Grief.
The equivalent Elite item sword would be a Colossus Blade. And if so, what about the second weapon to use, until I get my second Grief 1. So an Executioner sword is an “exceptional” item, which is mid-tier/nightmare (at least in LoD) not an “elite” item.
